This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which EdgeHost issues refunds for hosting services, VPS plans, infrastructure, and related products purchased through our platform.
Refunds are only applicable to eligible services and must be requested within the applicable refund window mentioned below.
Refund requests submitted outside the eligible period may be denied automatically.
Shared hosting plans may qualify for a 7-day limited refund guarantee from the date of initial purchase.
VPS hosting, dedicated servers, cloud infrastructure, and custom deployments are generally non-refundable once provisioned.
Since infrastructure resources are allocated instantly, refunds cannot be guaranteed after deployment.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to spam, phishing, malware hosting, cyber abuse, illegal activities, copyright violations, or Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
Customers initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may have their services suspended immediately pending investigation.
Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account termination.
Customers may cancel services at any time through their billing dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation does not automatically generate refunds unless the service qualifies under this Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method and banking provider.
Services purchased under promotional campaigns, discounted pricing, launch offers, or special coupons may have restricted or no refund eligibility.
Temporary outages, maintenance windows, upstream network failures, or force majeure events do not automatically qualify customers for refunds unless covered under a separate SLA agreement.
EdgeHost may request identity verification or KYC documentation before processing refund requests in order to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.
